New GOAL set @ 146 pounds!!!! Reached second goal, now at 144, it's all a number game now!!!

Hi Jamie. I heard about you from Alta when I visited her in the hospital because we all have the same surgeon and I believe you both attend the same support group. She blew the whistle on you then and told me that you "lurk" on here and that I should let you know that her surgery went well and she was up walking the halls. I expect you read my message from your closet 
but I'm thrilled that you've come out to join us now

I understand you being nervous but I have known Dr. Kad for almost 9 years now and have seen him regularly all that time and you can rest assured that you are in very capable hands. He's one of the veterans there that has been performing these surgeries the longest and he really cares about his patients.
If you have any questions, just call his office and talk to Denise or Sylvia. They are good about returning calls promptly. If they don't you let me know and I'll call them and advocate for you.
I'll send you a PM later with some more information. But don't look for it now. Give me a couple hours.
You will find lots of helpful people here as you begin your journey. Before you know it, you won't even want to hide in that closet anymore. You'll be enjoying life
way too much.
